Founded in 2023, Formus Capital is a global early-stage technology investment firm that evolved from the convergence of Esas Ventures — the venture capital arm of Esas Holding, initially funded by the Şevket Sabancı family — and Alarko Ventures, the VC arm of Alarko Holding. Backed by a network of prominent Turkish family offices across multiple sectors and geographies, the firm invests in early-stage technology companies shaping the future of AI, software, and data infrastructure. Formus Capital focuses primarily on the US market, specialises in B2B technology, and has built a strong global network of entrepreneurs, executives, enterprises, and investors. The firm is led by Fethi Sabancı Kamışlı (Founder and Managing Partner, formerly of Esas Ventures) and maintains operations across Istanbul, London, and the United States.
