Collective Spark

Collective Spark Turkey is an Istanbul-based venture capital fund focused on investing in early-stage technology startups. Founded in 2013, the fund is active at the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages, primarily supporting startups from Türkiye as well as selected ventures from Europe and the MENA region. Collective Spark typically makes initial investments in the range of USD 500,000 to USD 1 million and can participate in follow-on rounds with total investments reaching up to USD 5 million. Its investment focus includes fintech, SaaS and enterprise software, marketplaces, gaming, and AI-driven technologies.

Beyond capital, Collective Spark provides hands-on operational and strategic support to its portfolio companies, including guidance on product development, growth strategy, fundraising, and international expansion. The fund plays an active role in Türkiye’s startup ecosystem and collaborates with public programs such as TÜBİTAK Tech-InvesTR to strengthen access to finance for innovative startups. By combining financial investment with mentorship and global connections, Collective Spark aims to help Turkish startups scale sustainably and compete in international markets.
