Unlocking Potential: The Booming SaaS Ecosystem

Start in Istanbul

The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and the Republic of T&uuml;rkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology have announced a major joint initiative to fuel the Turkish entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The ENHANCER PRO Project, funded by the European Union and coordinated in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Technology, has officially opened its Start-Up Grant Scheme. This initiative aims to foster inclusive economic growth by supporting the establishment and sustainability of new businesses for both Turkish citizens and individuals under international protection.

The scheme is specifically designed to provide a financial lifeline to entrepreneurs in the early stages of their journey. With a total budget of &euro;3 million, the program targets innovative ideas that can contribute to the local economy and social cohesion.

<h3 data-path-to-node="10">Who Can Apply?</h3>
The program focuses on potential entrepreneurs who are planning to establish a new business or have recently started one. While open to all, the call places a special emphasis on:

Youth (Ages 18&ndash;40)
</li>
<li>
Women entrepreneurs
</li>
<li>
Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTPs) and Persons under International Protection (PuIPs)
</li>

Applications must be submitted electronically via the In-tend platform. ICMPD will be hosting a series of online and physical information sessions throughout April and May 2026 to guide applicants through the technical requirements and eligibility criteria.
