HAN Spaces | Levent

HAN Spaces is a next-generation flexible workspace and coworking brand in Istanbul that blends the traditional Anatolian “han” (commercial inn) culture with modern design, technology, and PropTech solutions to create human-centered office environments for individuals, startups, SMEs, and corporate teams. It was established and launched in 2019 as a collaboration between commercial real estate developer Alkaş and office design leader Nurus, drawing on their decades of expertise to shape flexible, hybrid work models, coworking, private offices, meeting and event spaces across multiple strategic locations in Türkiye and beyond.

Since its founding, HAN Spaces has expanded rapidly across Istanbul (including Levent, Etiler, Ataşehir, and Piyalepaşa) and into select international markets, positioning itself as both a physical workspace provider and a business ecosystem platform that supports community building, collaboration, and productivity for modern professionals and companies.
